We at Harich Enterprises recommend having a yearly ‘check-up’ for your water well system. Spring is a great time to check for any piping or connections that may have froze and split during the winter months. An inspection of the well head is important to make sure the area is clear from any products that could contaminate your water supply. Items such as paint, solvents, cleaners, and pesticides should never be stored near the well head.
We then check the flow rate from the well and collect a sample to test for coli form bacteria. At your request, we can also have the water tested for other minerals, metals, and contaminates. A certification letter will be sent to you after the water test results are received. A well disinfection may be necessary if high levels of bacteria are present.
Over time water pumps need testing and maintenance in order to work at maximum potential. We recommend having your water pump tested at least once annually or whenever you suspect there may be a problem with your pump.
Our technicians will throughly check every aspect of your water pump to ensure that your water pumping efforts are operating at 100%.
